Chef "Rha" aka Rhamell EL

Chef Rhamell EL, born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, is a 2002 graduate of the Washburne Culinary & Hospitality Institute. With over 20+ years of professional experience, he has mastered high-volume, top-tier kitchens across the city. His journey spans 5 Loaves Eatery, China Grill, Japonais, and Peoples Lounge, where he rose from line cook to Chef de Cuisine. Specializing in bold, globally inspired cuisine, Chef Rhamell is known for standout dishes like Snapper Escabeche, Jalapeño Honey Salmon, and Braised Skirt Steak—bringing refined flavor, precision, and unforgettable energy to every Elevated Eats experience.
